Whenever I create new services on a location, there's a flash of the recap screen, but then it turns into a blank page.
The service is still created successfully, and once I refresh the page, everything works and the new page shows up.

When I run the app locally (not on AWS), I see the error: "TypeError: Cannot read property 'metadata' of undefined".

From a quick look at the relevant code, this might have been introduced by this change: 1bfccd3.
@jbeard4 Can you think of a reason this would happen?
