Import from unlisted app

Hello!
I have been using the app "Keep My Notes" by "kiteteck.co" for Android for a long time. I have many simple notes that I would love to import and then use notesnook from this point forward. Their tech support appears to be non-existent.
The app has a backup option that saves to a file with a kmnb extension. I am assuming this is an extension that only they use. It is able to be saved to Windows 11 PC.
I opened it with Wordpad to see if there was anything usable. It looks like the verbiage part of the notes is intact there, but surrounded by a lot of code characters.
At the beginning, there is a line that mentions "SQLite format 3".
Any chance you can help?
