Sync issue

I keep having some kind of sync issue, but it's been really hard to be able to replicate. I think I got it now.

Issue: Changes and notes I made from my phone, despite the phone app saying "synced" succesfully, doesn't appear in the desktop app, despite desktop also saying "synced now". Despite pressing the sync button repeatedly in desktop. None of the changes will come in. It will come in only after I press sync again in my phone, with both phone and desktop app open.

How I found it can be recreated:

1. leave the desktop app alone until it locks itself (no need to quit completely), sleep/close the device as well (I didn't turn off completely), disconnect internet. I left my device in this state for a few hours.
2. create new note from android app, wait until it finish syncing.
3. turn on desktop device, connect internet, unlock the app
4. nothing new comes in, not even after pressing sync button. It will show as successful "synced now", but nothing happens. Not even quitting app completely, then unlocking again, nothing new will sync.
5. to solve this condition: force pull in desktop app (which means the new notes are synced into server, thankfully) or press sync in android app which somehow will trigger successful sync in desktop as well

What I didn't try:

• logging in and out (tho this one downloads all data freshly from server, no? so it should work)
• creating a new note in desktop while it won't receive sync

How to NOT recreate the issue:

1. quit desktop app completely, no need waiting period
2. create new note from android
3. open and unlock desktop app
4. new notes will come in
   (And while testing again if this is true, I copy pasted this issue draft into one of the test notes, from desktop app, it synced... I quitted completely, and saw that the draft doesn't sync to android app, and actually the the old content overwrote the pasted draft in desktop 🤷)

I got this issue again, so this time I tried creating a New Note from desktop app while the desktop can't receive sync, and this New Note gets synced to android.

Unfortunately, this time the new notes from android won't sync even though I have both apps open and I press sync on both of them (step 5). The solution this time is a slight edit to one of the notes (not the New Note from above though), and finally all are synced.
