SE Theory: Reference Kit is a shared Python package for Structural
Explainability theory repositories. It provides generic tooling for loading,
scaffolding, validating, and exporting theory-reference artifacts that mirror
Lean public surfaces. The package supplies reusable reference-validation and
export infrastructure while leaving Lean semantics, public symbol declarations,
and theory-specific artifact maps under the ownership of each theory
repository.
