Trying to use Recaptcha addon...need help with validation.

I'd love to use the Recaptcha (https://statamic.com/addons/aryeh-raber/captcha) addon with Peak. I tried adding it to the form partial and it works fine but I can not get the error message to show. This is what I tried adding to the form partial:

{{# Inline captcha error. #}}

</template>

I also tried the normal way like below and can't get an error message to show when the captcha is not checked.

{{ if error:captcha }}
<p>{{ error:captcha }}</p>
{{ /if }}

Any help appreciated!
