Stuck on `Wating on OpenCode ...`

Steps to reproduce

1. Ran ralph-tui create-prd --chat
   Then the following shows up:

Using agent: OpenCode
Env filter:
  Blocked:     LANGFUSE_SECRET_KEY
  Press Enter to continue...

2. Pressed Enter and entered the Ralph TUI
3. Typed "I want to create a todo list app" and pressed Enter and quickly got back "Great, lets flesh out your todo list app! I'll ask a few sets of questions ..."
4. Then it got stuck showing Wating for OpenCode ...

Additional context

Repeated the same steps in a separate Terminal and got stuck at the same spot.
