Seekbar on touch devices is too small to click

To reproduce:

• Open a user's page on a touch device (tablet or mobile)
• Play a track
• Try seeking in the track
• It is difficult to click exactly on the bar, sometimes you accidentally close the track

Expected: The bar to be higher so it is easier to click.

Ah yeah... this is for "normal" playback (orange seekbar) which predates mobile.

I'm not against doubling the visual thickness of the bar to make it more accessible. Regardless of visual thickness, ensuring the click area is 35-40px tall is prob a good idea.
