PMS for web hosting?

A thought came to mine if its possible to run PMS addons onto:

• minimal Linux server behind a domain name instead of an ip
  or
• as subsite using Web-pannel like Cyberpanel/hesita/vesta cp for example pms.example.com so that way the web server is the external systems running the scripts for stremio users on smart tvs, droids and other platforms, rather than limiting it to just a pc at home, this concept if documented would be great for users on the go and not able to vpn back home cos its actually cheaper to host online than at home on a pc or server due to unreliable expensive power company.
