Studio UI CSS not loading properly after upgrading CLI to 2.15.8 #3207

Describe the bug
CSS for Studio UI isn't loading properly.

To Reproduce

Upgrade Supabase CLI with brew install supabase/tap/supabase

Expected behavior
UI was loading properly on previous versions.

Rerun the failing command with --create-ticket flag.
