Supertype, especially for its first few pilot customers, should be a "white-glove" experience of us getting the code up and running within their codebase for them. We should come up with a general strategy for where and how the implementation of an end-user logging in with Supertype should appear to the end user. It could be:

a selection from a list
something that doesn't even say Supertype at all
something that could be similar to "pair with google, pair with facebook, pair with Supertype"
