Alternate Perimeter spacing wrong when expressed as percentage of nozzle diameter #4398

What happened?

In Width&Flow settings, if you set the perimeter and external perimeter spacing, and a different value for "even layers", so that you can achieve a better bonding between layers, it only works if the spacing is entered in mm.
As soon as you express all those numbers as percentage of nozzle diameter then the spacing you get is completely wrong (and certainly different from that obtained before).
For example, nozzle diameter 0.4mm, spacing 0.6mm ---> OK. As soon as you replace 0.6 with 150% (and all the other absolute values with the corresponding %) then the problem arises.
Additionally you should better clarify the wording: the "even layers" fields are not clear if they refer to spacing or width (probably spacing but it is just guessing).
