This is a general observation about how we name things:
We have historically assigned terms that are familiar to technical folks when naming profiles and standards. Is that helpful in conveying the intent of this particular document? i.e.,
"Personalized Access" makes a lot of sense (to a broad readership). But "Entity Category" is about as obscure as it gets. I am guessing "Entity Lebel" isn't much better. I mean, isn't this profile all about user data release? Why don't we call it "Personalized Access Data Bundle"?
