The HQ-images are full of noise. Is any code wrong?

Btw, "conda create -n celebaHQ python=3" in your readme.md should be fixed to "python=2"

hi @KelestZ
i find that the hq image can't add delta, which will cause the noise. just simply comment the line

img = img + delta
