Mass group messages

This is distinct from #2 because of the scale. Going from the level of "our group chat", like a friends or family or event-based group, say of about 25 people, to a mass distribution at the 1000, 100000, or 1M mark is a qualitative jump. There are Telegram groups at about this size; we need to decide if that's an important use case for us.
