We should bridge Foundation.UUID to the Java UUID

That's the same approach we have done for Date? Imo, if we have corresponding types on the Java side, bridging to those would be the most idiomatic for Java developers, instead of having to understand Swift, and in the case Foundation, types?

Only if they’re exactly semantically equivalent, did you check the representations are exactly the same?

@ktoso Both types just store the underlying 128 bits. So I guess they are semantically equivalent, any Swift UUID can be represented in Java, and the same the other way around.
