Tides data from BoM?

I had a colleague asking me today about a faster way to get tide height and time from the BOM webpage.
I never looked into tides data, but I assume the BoM expose most of their data in similar ways, and some of the functions in awaptools might be able to be modified to suit.
I'll start an issue on github, and hopefully it will email a notification to the other contributers to awaptools in case they know anything about tides.
