I am trying to convert some video streaming code to be Swoole friendly.
I have this method:

    public function streamContent()
    {
        if (!($srcStream = fopen($this->absoluteFilePath, 'rb'))) {
            $this->response->status(500);
            $this->response->end('Could not open stream for reading');
            return;
        }

        $destStream = fopen('php://output', 'wb');
        $totalBytes = $this->streamTill - $this->streamFrom + 1;
        
        stream_copy_to_stream($srcStream, $destStream, $totalBytes, $this->streamFrom);

        fclose($destStream);
        fclose($srcStream);
    }

Is this a correct "translation":

    public function streamContent()
    {
        if (!($srcStream = fopen($this->absoluteFilePath, 'rb'))) {
            $this->response->status(500);
            $this->response->end('Could not open stream for reading');
            return;
        }

        $destStream = $this->response->fd; // 'response' is of type Swoole\Http\Response
        $totalBytes = $this->streamTill - $this->streamFrom + 1;
        
        stream_copy_to_stream($srcStream, $destStream, $totalBytes, $this->streamFrom);

        fclose($destStream);
        fclose($srcStream);
    }

?

or should I use something else than stream_copy_to_stream() ?

The client's fd and php://input are not the same, so they cannot be used in this way.

Hmm, how can I achieve the same then in a Swoole-friendly way ?
I thought that \Swoole\Http\Response::fd was the OUTPUT file handle ???

I now rewrote the streamContent() method as this:

    public function streamContent() {

        if (! $this->valid) return;

        if (! is_file($this->absoluteFilePath)) {
            $this->response->status(500);
            $this->response->end('Could not open stream for reading');
            return;
        }

        $totalBytes = $this->streamTill - $this->streamFrom + 1;

        $this->response->sendfile($this->absoluteFilePath, $this->streamFrom, $totalBytes);
    }
} 

This should work right ?
