RG driver renames repeatedly when many blocks are replicated #2

RG driver renames target files to control consistency. When many blocks are replicated, it repeats file-renaming for each blocks so degrade performance.

Preliminary work is done at the commit 84ee7ce

This works more efficient when many block writes are given at once.
