There are a few throughout the site, it just needs to be fixed. It doesn't follow angular material, should be pretty small and simple. Descriptions could be something separate.

Specifically technology tooltips on About page. Suggestion: these could be turned into text underneath the logos, or maybe side by side logo/text like the Learn page.
