Kratix uses a utility image to run actions both before and after the Promise defined workflows. These actions used to be limited to just creating works and therefore the image was named work-creator. Since then the actions have expanded scope and we have started to use an image called pipeline-adapter however internal to our codebase we still reference work-creator. We should update this as it will get more confusing as time moves on and people are less familiar with its history.
