Due to a bug in Pyata, objects can't be deleted.
The source of the bug in Pyata is in Box.delete(), which attempts to decrement the ID of every object in the patch and causes a segmentation fault.
A temporary work-around may be to remove all connections to the object but leave it there. This shouldn't have any negative impact on the DSP graph.
