Lag when turning with turnbind

The turnbinds have always worked fine but I started noticing this as well as the other one (conturn) both have frame drops/stutters when you are turning with the turnbind. I can 100% reproduce this as well as some other friends.

Edit: May be a Windows 11 issue messing with it idk

running it as admin fixed it for me idk

I'm not sure what could be the problem there.

You should try playing with sleep/rate in the settings in order to reduce input polling rate/CPU usage, see if that helps
