how to disable file tooltip ? #795

when TablacusExplorer windows last focus , file tooltip will still keep a few second , it 's annoying .

2 ways:

Enable "No infotip" add-on. This will disable file tooltip in TE.
Uncheck "Show pop-up description for folder and desktop items" of Windows File Explorer Options. This will disable file tooltip in both TE and Windows Explorer.
