Tag searching fails with spaces

Tag searching doesn't support %20 space directive

The issue is that it's not being correctly formatted. I purposely prohibit spaces just about everywhere for ease and cleanliness.

(Unrelated, Bundle tags are wrong too. Will remedy that as well)
