Trouble with the REM

Started having this problem today. Everything was working well last night.
But, now the REM throws an error.
I have pm2 stop all in effect.
Any thoughts?

You are trying to start REM and another copy is already running. Do you have a copy started with PM2 or npm &start?

Yep, I did. Thx.

Type pm2 monit and you will see REM running. If you do not have REM running some other application is now trying to occupy TCP port 8080. Btw do you really have 3 i2c buses present on your system?

I did a restart from scratch and everything looks good, except for the air temp.
