Ability to customize the notification message sent to clients/browser

It would be great if one could customize the notification with a custom icon and title

Make it optional parameters with sane defaults?

Any updates on this feature? Really love this service, but if I could change the icon and the "Notification from Notica" text, I'd be set for life.

Alright, I've implemented this in 614a2e9.

Can you please pull the custom-title-icon branch, test it, and let me know if it works? Then I'll merge it. Thanks!
