Summary

The following tasks need to be completed in order:

• Document what needs to be setup to host ocaml-ci on GitLab as a markdown document Document manual setup for tezos-ci on GitLab. #36
• Create Nomadic Labs / Tezos bot account (Nomadic Labs)
• Manually setup Tezos bot account
• Migrate tezos-ci to use new tokens in ansible / docker
• Setup OCaml helper script to create the necessary pieces automatically Add cli tool to create GitLab application and permissions #21

Outcome

tezos-ci pipeline should be using application and permissions based off a dedicated bot account, the manual process for setting up the bot is documented and a helper script is available to automate the process.
