Confusions in building this project

I am unable to understand the whole structure of this repository.
The building process starts from

cd ~/ROS/

But what is this /ROS directory? Is it a ROS Workspace or just a normal directory?

Any ideas how to solve my current issue? (Tello's camera doesn't show up in the viewer)

Generally, the camera feed shows up only when you connect with Tello's own WiFi. If you've connected Tello to a different network, maybe this is the problem.

Thanks for your reply.
I'm connected to Tello Wifi actually.
The GUI works as expected, but the Viewer doesn't show camera's feed.

Any ideas why this might happen?
