Describe the bug

When launching the installed app getting the below error:

tauri info of the AWS code build agent on which I am generating this package is as below

Works fine when the same package is generated on my local machine with below Tauri info

Just adding more info.

Started observing this issue recently since after the recent updates to AWS build agent.

App should launch successfully

For now we have tracked down this issue to be specific to a specific windows 2019 version, and hence have a workaround.
