Is there a way to change macOS window type to a panel like Electron?

Describe the solution you'd like

I tried https://github.com/ahkohd/tauri-nspanel but it has some limitations. For example, I need to click the panel to focus it, and it doesn't prevent focus stealing. This doesn't behave like a normal panel.
