Support for homebridge 2.0

From what I can see on homebridge documentation the plugin is impacted only with one point ( Characteristic.getValue() has been removed in favour of Characteristic.value )

I will take a look this week and push an update.

Doesn't look like v2 will be released soon.

The rewrite of the plugin will fix getValue flow.
