After a matchMatrix modification - add the possibility to export the new structure of the matches in the market - to know who matches with whom. Call the new match as "NewMatch" and the original, real match just "match" or "originalmatch" but it is important to know that the new match is ... new

matchMatrix has to retain its dimensions in order to be comparable.
Indices will change when streams are completely removed and backwards tracability will be hard.
We have to consider unmatch and setting quota to 0 instead.
