[BUG] Calico config crash when you try to rebind majority of mouse buttons #17

Hi, nice backport!
I hope someday you can make it run with unlock FPS (like PsyDoom).

Anyway, when you try to rebind the majority mouse buttons, Calico config simply crash and close without saying any error.

Bugged buttons:

right clic
middle clic
X1
X2

Only the left clic let to be rebinded.

For other hand, I've no problems to rebind mouse buttons trough manual editing the calico.cfg file.
