This has been noticed in FireFox and Google Chrome. It doesn't seem to be an issue on Safari.

The iframe loads with a "Secure Connection Failed" message.

When I refreshed the page it fixed itself. But @EkVasilyeva is still seeing the issue. It might be something to do with the school's internet blocking youtube-nocookie.com for some reason.
