Description

my linux computer only have 125GB memory when I used preprocessing command to deal with tomography larger than 1.5GB. it will use up all the memory and cause the linux execute OOM command to kill the process.

What I Did

.
$ tomo_preprocessing match_pixel_size --input-tomogram 14oct31a_tomo/14oct31a__033.rec --output-path 14oct31a_tomo/14oct31a__033_rescale.rec --pixel-size-out 10.0 --pixel-size-in 8.95
Matching input tomogram 14oct31a__033.rec from pixel size 8.95 to pixel size 10.0
Killed
