Description

According to https://teamtomo.org/membrain-seg/Usage/Segmentation

I did

membrain segment --tomogram-path $input_tomo \
                 --ckpt-path $pretrained_model \
                 --out-folder $output_folder_name \
                 --store-probabilities \
                 --rescale-patches \
                 --input-pixel-size "10.4"

but I see

Using --in-pixel-size "10.4" works well.
