Enhanced "code block" widget

@msbt conceived a nice web component for code blocks in HubSpot/JavaScript. It can display code input and result output side by side. It would be sweet to have something similar available for Sphinx-based documentation as well.

Specs are currently evolving. Maybe there will be something to enhance, based on what you can see over there, maybe not.

At crate/cratedb-guide#53 (review), we are discussing other variants of SQL example conveyance. An initial proposal, solely based on a CSS Flexbox implementation on behalf of a native sphinx-design grid layout, is here. From there, the layout can evolve as we go. /cc @surister
