Split repo into two, one for each plugin.

We plan to fork this repo, creating two new reops in the process.

• One for the Block
• One for the Activity Module.

This will allow customers to pull the modules in as needed by cloning into the root moodle directory, and allow them to easily manage upgrades without complicated git submodule configurations to manage the multiple paths in our repo.
