Define format for MII patient record

Description: Write a script to parse and extract relevant information from the MII (Medizininformatik-Initiative) medical data in FHIR JSON format. The script should process patient data, encounters, procedures, conditions, and medication statements.

Maybe the best way is to build a Patient class for our use case and then join relevant data, such as diagnosis, medication, etc.
