[Feature Request] Support scrolling in desktop app with pen

Describe the solution you'd like

Be able to scroll smoothly when using a pen on the desktop app of telegram.

Additional context

Other messaging desktop apps like Discord, WhatsApp, etc... already have the ability to scroll when using a pen.
Telegram only clicks chats or selects a bunch of messages within them when trying to scroll up or down.

This scrolling feature has been suggested a couple of times already and always closed. I'm disabled so using the mouse is really a struggle, but there's a whole community using pen alone as well for many other reasons. Please.

I'm with you on this one, but, if you're really considering that alternative, while they consider whether or not to work on the feature on desktop, you could use Telegram Web since it supports scrolling with a pen like every other website does instead of the Android emulator...

just a temporary solution tho, I would also like to see the desktop app scroll :'
