Description

When zoom is applied the tooltip renders out of position

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open the following StackBlitz example: https://stackblitz.com/edit/react-xla2hn88?file=index.html
  2. Hover the button
  3. Notice the tooltip isn't correctly positioned

Actual Behavior

The tooltip is positioned away from where it is intended

Expected Behavior

The tooltip should be positioned correctly even when zoom is applied
