Description

Not possible to change the value of a DateTimePicker from null to a Date object and the specified format includes seconds.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open https://stackblitz.com/edit/react-hnfuerwc-azt28wwj?file=app%2Fapp.tsx

  2. Choose a value from the DateTimePicker

The chosen value does not show up in the input box.
