Bug Report

The cascade event is triggered on initialization of the DropDownLists

Reproduction of the issue

  1. Open this Dojo - https://dojo.telerik.com/nGNFvRwt
  2. Open the browser console

Current behaviour

The cascade event is triggered on initialization

Expected behaviour

The event should be triggered when the value of the "parent" DropDownList is changed.
