FastMPOContractions requires ITensors v0.7 while our Quantics.jl currently does not allow to install ITensors v0.7.
Since ITensors v0.7 has changed many APIs(e.g. MPS, MPO randomMPS have been moved into ITensorMPS package), it is difficult for us to keep compat old ITensors <= v0.6.
This PR drops for old ITensors <= v0.6 and requires v0.7 at least.
