[Feature]: CLI commands to manage sessions

Feature description

I would like to automate various aspects of my sessions. To that end, I need access to some CLI commands that can perform these actions:

• Create session
• Rename a given session
• End a given session
• Switch to a given session

Additional information

The closest analogue I'm aware of is something like iTerm's Tmux integration, which essentially allows you to control GUI windows/tabs/splits using the Tmux CLI.

Yeah, that and more APIs are planned for future, but no timeline. There was a new APIs design being worked on that is to be shared between different API endpoints, whether in termux app or its plugins, so this will tie into that. There is still lot of work pending for it, and other more priority work is going on. Maybe might be possible sometime next year.

Currently, creating and switching is possible though as per d287734abae9
