TL;DR

BigQuery recently added search index support: https://cloud.google.com/bigquery/docs/search-index and it would be nice to have this module manage our search indices

Additional information

I believe this requires changes to the provider to add this support first, so have created an issue there as well: hashicorp/terraform-provider-google#12388
