[Feature Request]: Minimum and Maximum teleport distance config.

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I want people to be able to teleport but not spam teleport.

Solution(s)

I wish there were a config that could specify a minimum distance. If the user was less than the minimum distance away from the teleport location, it won't allow teleportation.
