Add What is Roblox and more to sign up page.

Describe the Feature

Please add the top header links for choosing About, Platforms etc and also add the information below the sign up page. This would make the theme experience much more nostalgic!

I can look into adding those labels however they won't work as there is no way to insert links or HTML elements back onto the page, I can also try seeing about the other images however I am unsure how they would look overall on the page.

I would've put Both for the option between CSS/JS but I thought this got be done via CSS for some reason.
