Docs' translation for other languages

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I was talking to some brazilian people who wanted to learn more about the Testing Library but the were
struggling because english is not our native language and a lot of people don't know english.

Describe the solution you'd like
Enabling internacionalization so the community would be able to contribute on the docs' translation. Is there planned for the future?

Goal
Alow people with zero english knowledge to learn and use Testing Library.

@alexkrolick, hey, Alex! I already started working on translations but there are too many doc files for all those libraries so I was wondering if it would be a better approach if I started translating the React one and then create PRs just with the translations for other libraries. What do you think about it?
