Switch storage draw method does not work

Description

when you right click a container that works as a holster like the flamethrower satchel,the flare pouch or the pistol belts the option to instead changing it from quick drawing what ever is in the storage container to opening the container to see its contents does not work.This is especially annoying with the flamethrower satchel since its supposed to act as a back pack too

Get the flamethrower backpack (or any holster container for that matter)
open the right click menu
click switch storage draw method
nothing happens
